Tasting note
The Sauvignon Blanc is medium straw yellow in the glass with green reflections. The distinctive nose gives off the scent of gooseberries and elderberries, mowed grass and green peppers, as well as floral aromas such as cornflower. On the palate, these develop into a true explosion of aromas, embedded in a refreshing, medium body. The fruity line continues with an expressive finish.

Vinification
