Tasting note
Sauvignon Blanc impresses with an intense fruit bouquet of elderflower, gooseberry and juicy yellow peach. On the palate, it is aromatic and fresh, supported by lively acidity. Its long, elegant finish perfectly rounds off the taste experience.
Vinification
Harvest and select grapes by hand. Gentle pressing of the grapes and pre-clarification through sedimentation. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks followed by storage on fine yeast.
