Tasting note
Light yellow with greenish reflections, clear and shiny — an expression of beautiful freshness. Expressive and intense, with aromas of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), tropical fruits and a herbal note typical of Sauvignon Blanc. Lively and fresh on the palate, precise and toned on the palate. Nice acidity, salty and fruity aftertaste with length.

Goes well with oysters, ceviche, sea bream carpaccio or fresh goat cheese.
