Tasting note
The 100% Sauvignon Blanc is qualified as Nussdorf local wine, is carefully harvested by hand, fermented after gentle pressing at a controlled temperature, aged in stainless steel after a long period of standing on the yeast and only bottled late.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is slightly chilled 8°-10°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with goat cheese, fish and white meat.
