The Sabathi family has been growing wine since 1650 - a story that began with Jerg Sabathi and continues over ten generations. In 1992, Erwin Sabathi took over the family business and created a renowned winery with a focus on origin and quality. For its 375th anniversary, the House of Sabathi is celebrating this tradition with two special wines: an expressive Sauvignon Blanc aged in large wooden barrels and an elegant Chardonnay aged in small oak barrels - created as a tribute to the past and joy of the future.
