Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with slight perlage. On the nose, strong aromas of green apple, floral nuances of white flowers and notes of citrus fruits. Soft, pleasant start, fine perlage, mineral palate aromas, very well-integrated acidity, enveloping and balanced, notes of almonds accompany the finish. It develops a nice purity and excitement in the glass, an ideal companion for an evening with friends.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, asparagus soup and seafood.
Vinification
Aging for 30 months on yeast in stainless steel tanks.
