Tasting note
The name goes back to a dialect expression and means' silky 'or 'velvety'. Lays on the yeast for 36 months. Intense bouquet with aromas of grapefruit, apple and white flowers. On the palate, with fine perlage, slightly creamy and silky, according to the name. With a complex and long finale.
