About the wine
The D.O. Toro is located in the northeast of Castile and Leon and runs along the banks of the Duero. Bodegas Bigardo is based on knowledge, experience, work, effort, passion, and many people who help. The locations are located in the heart of the D.O. Toro between Valdefinjas and Bardales. Kiko Calvo Dominguez winemaker and owner has earned his mark in renowned wine regions such as Bordeaux and Napa Valley. In 2016, he fulfilled his heart's desire and opened his own winery.

Tasting note
Dark red to purple color. On the nose, red fruits, balsamic notes and cedarwood. Fruity on the palate, elegant with fine tannins. A full, fruity finale.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with game, lamb and grilled meats as well as hard cheeses such as Parmesan, Manchego or Sbrinz.
