About the wine
Rocca delle Macìe is an iconic Tuscan winery founded in 1973 by film producer Italo Zingarelli. Located in Castellina in Chianti, the estate covers 600 hectares spread over six wineries, including Maremma, a coastal region known for its expressive wines. The house is now managed by the Zingarelli family and is known for their commitment to quality and winemaking tradition. The Sasyr wine is an innovative blend of Sangiovese and Syrah and symbolizes the combination of Tuscan tradition and Mediterranean influence. This wine represents the balance and richness of the region's terroir.

Tasting note
Intense, shiny ruby red. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and blackberry, accompanied by spicy and slightly woody notes. Soft and round start, well-integrated tannin structure, fresh and persistent finish.

Goes well with grilled meat, pasta with sauce, aged cheese or spicy dishes.
