Tasting note
A pleasantly fruity Ticino Merlot. On the nose, aromas of cherries and strawberries followed by notes such as plums, blueberries, chocolate and a hint of tobacco. Smooth and fresh on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with pasta, pork and grilled meats.
Vinification
Aged in steel tanks and partly in large oak barrels for approx. 12 months.
