Tasting note
Straw yellow color in the glass. White Merlot, obtained from red wine grapes, gives off the scent of apples and floral notes. A fresh treat with mineral accents and a pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, fondue.
Vinification
The grapes are picked and destemmed by hand, followed by a gentle pressing. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then the wine ages on the lees for about 7 months.
