Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, you can find a variety of aromas ranging from rosemary typical of the vine to elderflowers, white flesh, yellow fruits and lychee. The taste is soft at first, then spicy and lively, with good structure and excellent balance. The aftertaste is long-lasting and pleasant, with fine and typical bitter notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dishes with fresh bottarga, vegetable pate, shellfish, seafood, grilled or cooked fish dishes and pecorino cheese. Also great as an aperitif with cheese and charcuterie.
