Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red color, rich in shades of purple. The bouquet is characterized by intense and enveloping notes of marasca cherry, plum and berries. The palate is expressed in a soft and balanced taste, with hints of red fruits, balanced spices and sweet tannins that accompany a long and pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sauces or fish soups, lamb, braised red meat and aged cheeses, especially pecorino.
