Tasting note
Greenish yellow with straw-yellow reflections, crystal clear, consistent. Typical scents of citrus and elderberry, light notes of yellow peaches and tomato leaves. Dry, fresh and juicy. Balanced, tasty with good structure. Very persistent with a pleasant aftertaste of grapefruit and bitter almonds
Culinary recommendation
Excellent aperitif, goes well with cold starters, canapés, light pasta dishes, asparagus risotto or tagliolini with prawns and zucchini.
