Tasting note
Very inviting bouquet, of ripe dark currants, elderberries, along with notes of sandalwood and dark chocolate. Good structure and elegance with a pleasant ripe fruit. A balanced and harmonious wine with pleasant freshness combined with ripe, velvety and generous tannins. Long-lasting intense aromas, which are characterized by fruity plum notes and balsamic freshness on the finish.

Beef, roast meat, venison and mature cheese
Vinification
Ageing for 18 months in French barriques and a further 8 to 10 months of aging in bottle.
