Tasting note
Fresh light golden color. Aromas of ripe, tropical fruits, gooseberries and herbal notes with hints of apple and fennel. Silky on the palate with good acid structure and long aftertaste. Very lively and aromatic!

Vinification
The stone crosses that used to stand on the Chilean lands were called Santa Digna. These crosses were used to mark borders and symbolized good fortune and protection for those making their way to remote areas. In order to optimally express the grape variety fruit and freshness, Santa Digna Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
