About the wine
With the dominant white wine 2018 — Santa Digna Chardonnay, nuances and accents are redefined. Beautiful and sunny landscapes of Valle Central give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Chilean Miguel Torres winery conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with asparagus or fish with herbs.

Tasting note
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of mango, pear and apricot on the nose with underlined lemon notes. Fine balance between density and acidity on the palate with a very fruity aftertaste.

Vinification
The stone crosses that used to stand on the Chilean lands were called Santa Digna. These crosses were used to mark borders and symbolized good fortune and protection for those making their way to remote areas. In order to optimally express the grape variety fruit and freshness, the Santa Digna Chardonnay is fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
