Tasting note
Ruby red color. Sumptuous classic varietal aroma with rich base notes of blackberries, dark cherries, black currants backed with leather tones and licorice. On the palate, it is characterized by the silkiness of the tannins and the elegant finish. Very juicy with lots of fruit on the aftertaste.

Vinification
The stone crosses that used to stand on the Chilean lands were called Santa Digna. These crosses were used to mark borders and symbolized good fortune and protection for those making their way to remote areas. After fermentation, the Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in French barriques for 6 months.
