About the wine
Castello Monsanto is located in the core region, the Chianti Classico, which is one of the most beautiful regions in Italy. Sangiovese is mostly grown here. Laura Bianchi and her team take great care of the castle and the great wines.

Tasting note
An elegant wine with a pale ruby red color. On the nose, it is complex and fine, with Mediterranean scents, delicate notes of pepper, a touch of rose and an earthy note. An incredibly tasty wine with fresh and lively tannin.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with pizza, pasta, grilled dark meat and fried or baked fish.
