Tasting note
In the nose, blackcurrants, elderberries, behind them subtle licorice. The palate is elegantly spicy, shows a harmonious acid structure and ends with a medium-long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Poultry, duck breast, pasta with cream sauces
Vinification
Natural, vinified according to biodynamic guidelines. Without the use of chemical sprays and without the addition of yeasts, the must remains in contact with the husks for one month. It is aged for 12 months in wooden barrels and cement tanks.
