About the wine
Since the Renaissance, the Vignamaggio winery has existed in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region. In addition to the majority of autochthonous grape varieties, the organically certified estate also grows olives, fruits and grains. However, the main focus is on Chianti wines, which are particularly elegant and long-lasting here and therefore have international rénommée.

Tasting note
Its bouquet combines aromas of ripe berries and fruits such as cherries and strawberries with flowers such as violet and lavender, as well as ethereal herbal notes, leather and pepper. Intense yet balanced on the palate, silky tannin meets juicy fruit and spice. Ends in a very long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled beef, pasta with ragout, hard cheese or game dishes.
