About the wine
A delicate scent with hints of violet and strawberry aromas. On the palate, spicy notes of cinnamon, pepper and cedarwood, supported by pleasant roasted aromas. The sturdy and robust Riserva has a great structure.

Das würzige Bukett des Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Riserva von schwarzem Pfeffer, Gewürzen und Tabak kokettiert virtuos mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Als Nächstes überzeugen erfrischende Nuancen von roter Pflaume, Erdbeere und Feige resolut und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Kräftiger Körper und hervorstechende Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher kräftig mit dominanten Gerbstoffen im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lasagna, red meat, especially roasts and game, or ripe cheeses such as typical Parmigiano.

In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; partial aging for 24 months in Slavonia and Allier oak barrels
