About the wine
Intense ruby red color, aromas of dried grapes on the nose. Fine spicy notes harmoniously with notes of ripe red fruits. Fine tannins and persistent balance, very long finish. Matured in barriques for 48 months, 100% Pinot Noir like you've never drunk it before. Absolute top

Tasting note
The tannins are fine and persistent and balance the high acidity. The wine has a long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with braised meat or strong pasta sauces; also goes well with aged cheese. A wine that stylishly rounds off an important meal and goes perfectly with a cigar.
Vinification
The grapes ferment in conical oak barrels with manual mashing for 15 days. After stripping, the wine ages in barriques for 36-48 months, depending on weather conditions.
