Unsere Empfehlung: Der Bio-Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 12°-14°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: Jetzt bis 2025.
Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: 50% Ganztrauben spontan im offenen Holzbottich vergoren, danach für 18 Monate im alten neutralen Holzfass ausgebaut.
