About the wine
Fertile and picturesque landscapes of the Loire give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Fouassier conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Very elegant, notes of citrus fruits on the nose, extremely racy on the palate, very mineral, makes me happy!
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with rather sumptuous and researched dishes, which use the terroir expression and are supportive through its finesse.
Vinification
The grapes are obtained from a 15-year-old vineyard, with a yield of approx. 50 hl/ha. Traditional vinification, in steel tanks, with the participation of fine yeasts.
