Tasting note
Classically beautiful Sancerre. This traditional white wine, pressed without using wood, comes from Sauvignon Blanc specialist Baron de Ladoucette. Its scent of white flowers and blackcurrant buds, underpinned by a slightly earthy mineral note, is typical of the terroir. On the palate, it shows fresh, lively acidity and slightly fruity notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, seafood, cheese, veal, poultry.
Vinification
After pressing, fermentation is carried out slowly. The yeast is aged in steel tanks.
