Tasting note
A pale yellow, brilliant color with deep golden reflections. The primary aromas on the nose are elderflowers, acacia, but also honey from wild flowers. The secondary note is a fruity note of pineapple. The first feeling on the palate is fresh and very soft. Citrus and lemon notes provide a nice balance and a spicy finish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Grape pressing followed by cold sedimentation. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, aged on fine yeast for at least 6 months.
