About the wine
On the nose with fruity and floral notes and lovely finesse. Intense, complex, with good plumpness on the palate and a mineral-refreshing finish.

Goes well with white meats, fish in sauce, foie gras and cheese (crottin de Chavignol).
Vinification
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast for 12 to 18 months, which is stirred several times, with the aim of giving the wine as much richness and fineness as possible.
