About the wine
Strong and fruity nose with lovely elegance. The palate is round with supple tannins and a great presence of red fruits. This wine comes from vines that are 35 to 45 years old.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white and red meats and cheeses.
Vinification
The maceration takes around 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks. The aging is then carried out in barrels of different ages (new up to 4 years old). This gives us soft, woody tannins that blend with the aromas of red fruits after 2 to 3 years in the bottle.
