Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Complex fruity bouquet of gooseberries and grapefruits with a slight mineral note. Powerful and rich on the palate, with a perfect acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, fish and poultry. Also wonderful with fresh goat cheese.

The Sancerre AOC Domaine Curot was removed in stainless steel tanks.
