Tasting note
This prototype of a Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire has everything that makes up these great wines: body, minerality, delicacy and freshness. Robe: light straw yellow with lime green reflections. On the nose, aromas of gooseberries and citrus, straw and minerals. Full on the palate and fresh at the same time.

Goes well with fish, veal, seafood
Vinification
Gentle pressing Fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature. Ageing on fine yeast.
