Tasting note
Bright, beautiful ruby red with light purple reflections and bright edges. The scent is fresh, elegant and extremely pleasant, with notes of violets, strawberries, raspberries and a hint of blackberry fruit. Warm, harmonious, melty start. Balanced interaction of acid and tannins. This Barbera reveals all the characteristics that are typical of the Agliano growing zone: a lively fruit, a juicy freshness and mineral tones. Even on the finish, long-lasting notes of red fruits in particular, which are typical of the grape variety.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with Piedmontese sausages, risotto, noodles with meat sauces, roasts and ripe cheese.
