Tasting note
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Intense and pleasant bouquet with scents of licorice, tobacco, leather, spices and faded roses. Velvety on the palate, a well-balanced body with silky tannins and an elegant finish.
Vinification
The quality of the grapes is checked once again before they are slightly crushed and fermented for 20 days at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 20 months in medium-sized oak barrels (2500-4000 liters).
