About the wine
The Mosaico is the result of several experiments that took a decade. The wine was born from a blend of the various white grapes from Tessin. Chardonnay and Merlot are fermented in barriques from France for 1 year.

Tasting note
Eye: delicate and clear straw yellow with slightly greenish reflections; nose: intense, broad and complex, floral and fruity, with notes of citrus, grapefruit, exotic fruit that blend well with the sweetness of acacia honey; palate: exquisite
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes “alla marinara”, crustaceans, white meat with light sauce, ripe soft cheese, mushrooms.
