About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Maurodos has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the enchanting and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Tasting note
On the nose, with subtle aromatic complexity. Aromas of stone fruits, white flowers and pronounced minerality. Enveloping, fresh and precise.

Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 12 hours. The must is then fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months. A rarity from the house of San Roman, which was created personally by Mariano Garcia.
