About the wine

A blend of 80% Viura and 20% Garnacha Blanca. Fresh, elegant on the nose, with aromas of apricot, white peach, yellow apple, lime blossom, lemon zest, some hazelnut and vanilla. Ripe on the palate, with nice creaminess, with aromas of yellow and white stone fruit, some pear, lemon blossoms, again some hazelnut and some apple peel on the finish. It goes very well with mussels in a white wine sauce.
