Tasting note
Color: dark cherry red Aroma: Considerable intensity and complexity on the nose, with fruity notes that change from cherries to berries and plums, combined with spicy nuances of cloves, pepper and balsamic aromas. Character: Full-bodied and warm on the palate, the tannin is present in its softness and gives harmony and finesse, long-lasting on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb with rosemary, beef bourguignon, tenderloin, excellent with roast or game dishes, strong cheese and much more.
Vinification
Handpick. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging in French oak barriques for 12 months and aging in the bottle for a further 12 months.
