Salt del Llop by Finca Tobella is a vibrant red from Priorat, blending Grenache, Garnacha, and Cabernet Sauvignon into an easygoing, juicy wine you’ll want to sip again and again. It’s ideal for laid-back evenings with friends or whenever you just want to enjoy a smooth, drinkable red.

Tasting note
This priory has an intense nose of red and dark berries, plums, vanilla, pepper, licorice and some cinnamon. On the palate, the wine remains strong with lots of fruit and a fine, salty minerality.
Vinification
The manually harvested grapes are fermented in steel tanks and then aged in new 300-liter French oak barrels (Allier and Nevers) for 14 months. Grenache is only aged in multi-year barrels to preserve freshness.
