Tasting note
The cherry-red Pinot Noir Saliser Grande Selection has a variety of aromas and yet has a fine Burgundian effect. It impresses with its complexity and refinement without end — an adventurous drinking experience. With a touch of chocolate and fine berries, the elegant Pinot Noir shows its character.

Pinot is not only a wine for safe combinations with forest aromas, dishes with blueberries, juniper, mushrooms, Jerusalem artichoke, porcini mushrooms and truffles; this wine can also be served as a contrast to very spicy dishes (such as Indian cuisine). Vinification
The Pinot Noir Saliser Grande Selection shows a gentle compote sweetness combined with a fruity bouquet. On the palate, this produces great fruit aromas and lots of meat and fat. In the finale, the characterful red wine tastes chocolaty, spicy and pleasing.
