About the wine
Blooming and sunny landscapes in Apulia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Domiziano San Marco conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the delicious Salice Salentino Rosso DOP, which was produced in 2016, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Dark, rich ruby red. Intense nose with notes of ripe berries, cassis and cocoa. Elegant on the palate with soft tannin and well balanced. Sustained long aftertaste. Uncomplicated wine with an excellent price/pleasure ratio.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with dumplings, salsiccia and pasta Bolognese.
Vinification
Mash fermentation for 14 days at 20°C in horizontal stainless steel rotating tanks. Subsequent aging for 6 months in American and French barriques. 4 months in bottle aging before sale.
