About the wine
You will certainly enjoy the first-class Salia Manchuela DO, which was produced in 2011. The wine-growing regions of the Spanish winery Bodega Finca Sandoval extend across the Meseta countryside, where the experienced winemaker produces this red wine.

Tasting note
This beguiling cuvée of cool style impresses with its powerful character. Notes of cassis, black berries, tobacco, dried figs and some spice harmonize wonderfully with the seductively soft and extremely juicy feeling on the palate. This top cuvée is underpinned by a refreshing acid structure and a wonderfully embedded tannin structure. A great wine that sets standards!

Goes well with lamb, hearty meat dishes, game, grilled meats
Vinification
The Salia is pressed according to the French model and, after a cool fermentation, is traditionally aged in new French barriques for around 11 months. By the way, the term Salia comes from a Latin name for a river, which was already the name of Victor's grandfather for one of his artistic architecture projects in Madrid. Victor found the logo on an old letter from his grandfather.
