Tasting note
Color: bright red with shades of purple. Smell: dark berries such as blackcurrants and blackberries are embedded in a spicy, slightly earthy structure. Taste: pleasant acidity and fruitiness give the wine structure. Strong aromas of wild berries are noticeable on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with game specialities, lamb, rabbits, roasts or even Valais mountain cheese.
