Tasting note
Strong ruby red, ripe black and red fruits such as plums and cherries on the nose. On the palate, a soft, mild start, very elegant with well-integrated velvety tannins. A straight-lined wine with a high fun factor.

Goes well with lamb, game, beef, Mediterranean cuisine
Vinification
Classic fermentation. A total of 24 months, 30% oak barrels, 70% tonneaux aged. Then in the bottle for at least 48 months.
