About the wine
Wisdom, passion, love, knowledge and tradition. Combined to obtain a highly concentrated red wine in nose and mouth, from the old Salasso technique. Pure elegance and harmony, which are further enhanced by the use of natural materials such as concrete vats and oak barrels.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red with garnet red reflections. The aroma is complex and rich. licorice, clove, leather, plum and cherry jam, black pepper and cinnamon. Full-bodied wine, intense in the mouth and with a long-lasting aftertaste with spicy notes
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with grilled meat.
Vinification
Pressing and fermentation at a low temperature for three weeks, with the removal of some of the liquid (25%-30%) to increase the concentration of polyphenols. This process is called “Salasso,” an ancient method passed down by our grandfathers to traditionally produce Bardolino.
