About the wine
The vines are on average 35 years old. The yield per hectare is 42 hl. This cuvée comes from a selection of Jérôme Castillon's best soils and oldest vineyards. The fermentation lasted 15 days and the wine matured for 9 months in partly new barriques. The Château Lermitage winery in Saint Gilles was discovered for you in 2002 by Marc Landolt on his trip to the south of France and added the top cuvée to our range.

Tasting note
Smells of ripe fruit and spices from Provence, as well as black pepper. Very balanced on the palate. Long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat (beef, pork, game) but also with mature cheeses.
