About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this dominant Chardonnay 2019 — Saint-Véran AOP Tradition. The loamy, gravelly soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine des deux Roches everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Chardonnay is very good to serve with fish with herbs or soft cheese.

Tasting note
Soft golden yellow. Beautifully subtle, floral aromas of acacia and linden blossoms on the nose. Round on the palate, well-structured, with a mineral aftertaste and a persistent finish.
