About the wine
We have a special, dominant Chasselas from 2017 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine Monachon masters this white wine in the fertile and sunny countryside of Vaud. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve these chasselas with fish or terrines.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, an intense scent of green apples, pear blossoms and some citrus. Fresh and delicate on the palate, with mineral nuances, aromatic and elegant. The finale is pure, rich and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light starters, cheese dishes and freshwater fish, but is also suitable as an aperitif wine.
Vinification
The Chasselas grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting. After vinification, the young wine matures in stainless steel tanks.
