About the wine
The enchanting and fertile landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Testuz conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With this powerful Chasselas 2017 — Saint-Saphorin AOC Roche Ronde, the term taste takes on a new meaning. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer them chasselas with cheese platters or terrines.

Tasting note
Elegant pale yellow Fruity bouquet on the nose, mineral notes that it draws from the calcareous ground. On the palate, full-bodied, elegant, fruity, intense floral scents.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese dishes, terrines and jellied poultry, hard cheeses.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking, aging in steel tanks. The name Roche Ronde comes from a rock on which soil was brought to plant around 40 Chasselas vines. It can be admired when driving on the cantonal road from the shores of Lake Geneva outside Vevey towards Chexbres.
