Tasting note
The color is a bright, deep Vistula red. The nose discovers aromas of blackberries, raspberries and ripe strawberries with a slight pinch of anise and spices such as cloves and cinnamon. It is a medium-bodied wine with an elegant structure, well-balanced acidity and very ripe, elegant tannins. Moderately long aftertaste, full of red fruits, followed by sweet vanilla and black pepper.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation and extraction in stainless steel tanks at 23˚C. Total extraction time: 12 days. Full malolactic fermentation in barriques. Aging in used French barriques for 12 months. The wine is then aged in the bottle in our cellar for another 2 months.
