Clear ruby red The nose is characterized by fine aromas of red berries — sour cherry, raspberry — accompanied by subtle notes of forest soil, dried herbs and a whiff of smoke. On the palate, the wine is elegant and balanced, with juicy fruit, lively acidity and fine-grained tannins. The finish is precise and long, supported by mineral freshness and Burgundian finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with tender poultry such as quails, veal loin with mushroom cream or even fried salmon with beetroot. Vegetarian dishes such as a vegetable tart with goat cheese or mild French soft cheese also go wonderfully with it.
